We had glorious summer-like weather on Saturday...cloudy but warm yesterday and back to cool and rainy today. I really don't mind because without any leaf cover...warm doesn't feel "right." Sometimes, I have longed to be a cat. They seem to make the best of most situations and take life calmly as it comes. Plus they don't worry (too much) about life. My cat has been known to get a bit bonkers if dinner isn't in the bowl when she thinks it ought to be. Ha!
Enjoy your lovely weather... Are you able to sit out in the garden to relax? Hope so!
Thanks for dropping by Janie. Kitty looks very happy!
We are still awaiting the arrival of baby Avey.
We think Meg has something called an irritable uterus. Lots of off and on contractions. More than Brackston Hicks. She hasn't actually seen the doctor for the last two weeks. Just the P.A. We are hoping they will see her tomorrow so she can go into the weekend knowing what to expect.
Hope all is going well, and everyone is getting some sleep =]
I'm a 30 something (just about) full time working mum, who's on maternity leave having had her second child. This blog was meant to be my gardening journal, which I set up about 5 months after the birth of my first child, but became more about my quest for a hobby that would fit in around work and family.

It is - beautiful.
What a pretty cat she is! Don't you love watching cats when they are so pleased with things...it is a pleasure to see their pleasure.
Our weather today is around 70 with a bit of wind, and a few clouds hiding the sun now and then, but plenty of sunshine too.
